棉花自毒物质对幼苗生理作用和棉花枯、黄萎病菌丝生长的影响

摘    要:试验测定了不同浓度棉花植株水浸提取液下棉花幼苗的根系活力和SOD、POD、CAT生理活性指标,以及棉花枯、黄萎病菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,棉花幼苗在提取液的作用下,随提取液浓度的增加根系活力先升后降;SOD活性、CAT活性和POD活性曲线整体出现先上升后下降的趋势;黄萎病菌丝生长呈先降后升趋势,枯萎病菌丝生长呈上升趋势。分析认为在棉花水提取液作用下,棉花幼苗根系正常生长和吸收受到阻碍,使得幼苗植株的SOD、CAT和POD活性发生改变,幼苗生长受到抑制,棉花有自毒作用。

Abstract:The root system activity of cotton seedlings and physiological activity index of SOD,POD,CAT and its effect on the growth of Fusarium wilt and Verticillium wilt mycelium were tested under the effect of extracted solution of cotton plants with different concentrations.The results indicated that the root system activity of cotton seedlings first increased then decreased with the increase of extracted solution concentration under the effect of extracted solution.The activity curve of SOD,CAT and POD first rose then dropped;the growth curve of Verticillium wilt mycelium first rose then dropped;It was analyzed that the normal growth and absorption of cotton seedlings root system were impeded by the cotton extracted solution.The activity of SOD,CAT and POD of cotton seedling plants changed,the growth of cotton seedling was inhibited and cotton had autotoxicity effect.
