摘    要:针对俄罗斯大果沙棘种子颗粒小,露地育苗覆土薄,发芽易受气候变化影响的现状,采用基质穴盘育苗技术试验,对其育苗方法进行了系统观察.结果表明:基质穴盘育苗法进行大果沙棘育苗,苗木发芽率高,生长健壮,成品苗率高,能够实现集约化的科学管理,特别对于种子颗粒小的珍贵树种播种育苗,具有很好的推广前景.

Abstract:The seedling of Hippophae rhamnoides tends to be influenced by the change of climate when breed- ing in the open air field and only having shallow layer of soil cover on its small seed. Therefore, we conducted the plug seedling experiment using substrate trays and evaluated the performance of the new raising method on this species. The result showed that the sprout rate of Hippophae rhamnoides was high and its seedling was healthy and strong after adopting the new method, which also increased the rate of end-product seedling and made intensive and scientific management possible. Seedling rising on substrate trays was a method having wide application space especially for breeding precious or rare tree species with small seed size.
