On the ethical essence of modern organization culture at university

The new organizational cultures have come into being in the process of modern universities adjusting themselves to their environments outside and harmonizing inside.The paper analyzes the ethical effects of academic consciousness and social actions of modern universities and their moral influences on undergraduates.It argues that it is important to improve universities' own moral levels and do more research work as well as practice on this topic.
