摘    要:森林土壤微生物生态的研究对于了解森林生态系统过程具有重要的研究价值。川西亚高山针叶林位于青藏高原东缘、长江上游地区,是长江上游的天然生态屏障和生物多样性宝库,是全球变化的敏感性区域。因此,土壤微生物多样性、土壤微生物群落与植被的互动机制、土壤微生物群落与土壤生态的关系等将是川西亚高山针叶林土壤微生物生态的研究重点。

Abstract:Soil microbial ecology is one of the hot fields in soil science worldwide in recent years. Recently, soil microbial ecology focuses on the following fields: soil microbial community and biomass, nitrogen fixation, mycorrhizas, rhizospheric microbes, and microorganism activity in microcosm, etc. Researches on soil microbial ecology will be helpful to understand the process of forest ecosystem. Subalpine coniferous forests in western Sichuan is an important ecological screen and biodiversity center, and a sensitive zone to global change which locates at the east of Qingzang Plateau and the upper reaches of Yangtze River. So far there is no report about soil microbial ecology of subalpine coniferous forests in western Sichuan which is difficult to cater for the need of understanding the process of coniferous ecosystem. Therefore, soil microbial ecology in this region should pay attention to the followings: soil microorganism diversity, interactions between soil microorganism community and vegetation, soil microorganism community related to soil ecological process.
