玉米种子活力的几种测试方法的比较

研究、筛选种子活力的标准测试方法，是当前生产的急需。本次筛选试验共选择了１０项测试方法；经比较、与田间实际出苗的相关性分析，我们筛选出了：高温高湿的老化处理发芽法、冷浸处理发芽法、热浸处理发芽法等，可作玉米种子活力的测试方法。它们精确性较高，重演性好。尤以高温高湿老化处理发芽法，与田间实际出苗率的相关系数达０．９６４，基本可以用它来测试玉米种子的活力，其它所选出的几个方法有待改进。

Comparison of several Methods on Determining Seed Vigor of Maize

it is urgent to current production to study and select stardard methodson determining seed Vigor Ten methods were studied on the correlation to actualfields emergence of seeding.The result showed that high temperature and high humid treatment germination test,cold soaking treatment germination hotsoaking treatment germination,methods treatment germination and electric conductivity.test were preferable.Among there methods high temperature and high humid treatment germination test can be used to determine the seed vigor of Maise,the correlation coefficent between that the seed vigor of Maise,the correlation coefficient between that and actual field emergence of seeding was 0.963,and other methods need to be improved.
