藏茴香种子形态及萌发特性研究

以藏茴香种子为试验材料，观测种子的形态、质量和萌发特性。结果表明：藏茴香种子长5．51mm，长椭球形，棕绿色至棕色，千粒重1．965g，含水率10．03％，生活力66．7％。藏茴香种子有休眠特性，随着贮藏时间的延长，种子的发芽率不断提高；种子在15～25℃的变温条件下，发芽率、发芽势最高，光照有利于种子的萌发，可缩短萌发时滞，提高种子发芽率。

Morphology and Germination Characters of the Seed of Carum carvi

The morphology, quality and germinal characters of seeds of Carum carvi were studied. The results showed that: the length of seed was 3.51ram, prolate spheroidic, and was brown-green or brown. One thousand seeds weight were 1.965g. Moisture content was 10.03%, Viability was 66.7%. The seed of Carum carvi showed dormant Waits. Along with extending of storage time, germination percentage of seed constantly raised. Germination percentage and germination energy were the highest by the 15～25℃ poikilothermic treatment. Light was propitious to germinate, It could cut down the germination time lag and raise germination percentage.
