甜菜不同类型品种含铁量及某些相关生理特性的初步研究

摘    要:甜菜叶片和块根的含铁量、细胞色素氧化酶活性及呼吸速率,在整个生育期呈现由低到高而后又降低的过程。糖分积累期叶片的上述3项指标与收获时块根含糖率呈正相关,高糖型品种的该3项指标值高于丰产型品种,故3者可作为高糖型品种(材料)后期选择或鉴定的生理指标;叶片中过氧化物酶活性随生育进程逐步升高,而块根中该酶活性的变化正好相反。各生育时期叶片中过氧化物酶活性皆与收获时块根含糖率呈正相关,且以块根分化形成期相关更为密切。不同类型品种比较,高糖型品种大于丰产型品种。块根分化形成期叶片高的过氧化物酶活性是高糖型品种(材料)的重要生理指标;叶片的过氧化物酶活性在整个生育期内远大于块根,且较稳定。

Abstract:The iron, contents, cytochrome oxidase cativity and respiration rate of leaves and roots are all shown that from low to high and then to low again during the growing season. In the sucrose accumulating stage, the indexes of sugarbeet leaves have positive correlation with harvested root sucrose contents, these indexes of high sugar content varieties are higher than high yield type. These can be used as physiological indexes of selecting or evaluating high sugar content varieties during later stage.Leaf peroxidase activity rise gradually with sugarbeet growing,the change of root peroxidase activity is on the contrary. Leaf peroxidase activity has positive correlation with harvested root sucrose contents in each stage especially in root differentiating and forming stage, the leaf peroxidase activity of high sugar content varieties is higher tnan high yield varieties. So, high peroxidase activity is high sugar content varieties important physiological index. Leaf catalase activity is higher than roots in tne growing stage of sugar beet, and leaf catalase activity is relative stable.
