高静水压处理对四倍体和转基因水稻种子萌发的影响

摘    要:对四倍体水稻、转基因水稻及其二倍体、未转基因水稻在相同的条件下进行静水压力处理,结果表明,与其二倍体和未转基因水稻相比,四倍体和转基因水稻的发芽率显著降低,生长受抑程度明显增加,同时转基因材料高压处理当代突变频率明显提高。这些结果说明,染色体加倍和外源基因的导入,可能与种子的耐压性降低和突变频率提高有关。

Abstract:Seeds of two different groups of rice,tetraploid and diploid,and transgenic and un-transgenic,were treated with high hydrostatic pressure(HHP).Compared with that of diploid and un-transgenic parents,germination rate of tetraploid and transgenic rice decreased significantly with an inhibited seedling growth after the seeds treated by HHP,and the transgenic rice had an increased mutation rate,which suggested that doubling of chromosomes and inserting of exogenous genes could reduce the resistance to HHP treatment and decrease inherent stability of rice.
