摘    要:[目的]探索藜种子萌发对酸雨胁迫的响应。[方法]藜种子消毒后,分别用pH值为7.0、5.5、4.5、3.0、2.5的模拟酸雨溶液浸泡24h,然后放入加有相应的模拟酸雨溶液培养皿内进行培养。10 d后记录种子发芽数,测量POD活性和MDA含量。[结果]随着pH值的下降,藜种子发芽率降低。对照组的最高,pH值5.5处理组次之,pH值2.0处理组最差。pH值2.5处理组的发芽率下降45.07%,pH值3.0处理组的发芽率下降17.54%。酸雨对发芽势的影响与发芽率相同。POD酶活性变化是随胁迫时间的延长呈先高后降的变化趋势。各处理组的MDA含量随处理浓度的升高呈先升后降、再升高的变化规律。[结论]模拟酸雨对藜种子的萌发有一定的抑制作用,且随着酸化程度的提高抑制作用加强。

Abstract:[Objective]The study aimed to explore the response of seed germination of Chenopodium album L.to simulated acid rain stress.[Method] The sterilized seeds were dipped in simulated acid rain solution with pH 7.0, 5.5,4.5,3.0,2.5 for 24 h.Then they were put in culture dish with corresponding simulated acid rain solution and cultivated again.10 d later,the number of seed germination were recorded,and the activity of POD and the content of MDA were measured.[Result] With the decrement of pH of acid rain solution,the germination rate of C.album seed was decreased.The germination rate in CK group was the highest,that in treatment group with pH 5.5 group second highest and that in treatment group with pH 2.0 group was lowest.The germination rate in treatment group with pH 2.0 was decreased by 45.07% and that in treatment group with pH 3.0 was decreased by 17.54%.The effect of simulated acid rain on the germinated energy had same trend with that on germination rate.The change of POD activity showed the change trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the delay of stress time.The content of MDA in each treatment had the change trend of first rising,then decreasing,and rising again with the increase of solution concn.[Conclusion] Simulation of acid rain could restrain the germination of seed in some degree and the restraining effect strengthened with the rise of acid rain degree.
