| 摘 要： | 随着网络化数字化进程的不断加深，近年来，国内外各类文献信息服务机构或系统都加快了服务创新的步伐，各种服务手段、技术和模式推陈出新，呈现高速发展势头。本文调研了国内外部分典型信息机构或系统，总结分析了其服务的主要做法和经验，以期对文献信息服务活动的开展有所借鉴。
