| 摘 要： | 为加强黄独的组织培养研究,以黄独无菌苗为试材,研究了糖类（葡萄糖、蔗糖和白砂糖）和不同琼脂浓度对黄独生长发育和离体保存的影响。结果表明：液体培养基有助于黄独的生长发育,而固体培养基有助于黄独的离体保存。蔗糖和白砂糖有利于黄独的生长发育,而葡萄糖有利于黄独的离体保存。
