毒死蜱在水稻中的消解动态与安全评价

摘    要:以水稻品种松粳9号为试材,毒死蜱喷雾施药,采用气相色谱法测定了毒死蜱在植株、田水、土壤中的消解动态和糙米、稻壳、植株、土壤中的最终残留量。结果表明:在植株、田水、土壤中的消解速率相对较快,半衰期分别为5.5、11.7和12.5 d。采用推荐剂量施药,毒死蜱在糙米中的残留量低于MRL值。

Abstract:Taking rice variety of Songjing No.9 as experimental material,spraying pesticide chlorpyrifos,the degradation dynamics of chlorpyrifos in plants,field water and soil and the final residue in brown rice,rice husk,plant and the soil were determined The results showed that the digestion rate inthe plant,field water and soil was relatively fast,half-life was 5.5,11.7 and 12.5 d.Using the recommended dose of pesticide,chlorpyrifos residues in brown rice was less than in the MRL value.
