行间生草对葡萄叶片光合特性的影响

摘    要:在赤霞珠(Cabernet Sauvignon)葡萄生产园行间种植多年生黑麦草、白三叶草和紫花苜蓿,在葡萄浆果膨大期,测定叶片光合作用相关指标及土壤含水量、叶片相对含水量.结果表明:与清耕相比,行间生草降低了葡萄园土壤含水量和葡萄叶片相对含水量,使葡萄光合速率、气孔导度及蒸腾速率降低,并使气孔导度、光合速率最高峰有所提前.

Abstract:The effects of vineyard green cover with Clover(Trifolium repens),Perennial Ryegrass (Lolium perenne)and Alfalfa(Medicugo sutivu)on leaves photosynthetic characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon were studied.The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance (Gs),transpiration rate (Tr)and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)were determined in the day of grape berry expanding,at the same time,the soil water moisture and leaf relative water content were determined by comparing to the clean tillage.The result showed that soil moisture and leaves relative water content significantly decreased.leaves Pn,Gs and Tr also decreased compared with those of clean tillage.It can be concluded that green cover decreased the soil water content,it influenced the photosynthetic characteristics of grapevine leaves.
