南四湖大鳞副泥鳅人工繁殖与批量生产技术研究

摘    要:根据对大鳞副泥鳅(Paramisgurnus dabryanus)繁殖生产实践的探索,总结了一种从产前准备到催熟、催产、孵化和出苗五个生产阶段的苗种批量生产的方法。通过受精卵生物学实验、不同雌雄比生产性试验,提出雌雄分离单性催熟、混合催产素集中注射、同步催产、卵与亲鳅快速分离和发塘标志性形态特征判定等多项关键的技术措施,实现了苗种快速批量生产。三组不同雌雄比的生产试验表明:繁殖亲鳅300组,雌雄比为1∶0.85时,孵化率为70.31%,出苗量最高,出苗152.7万尾。该研究为加快大鳞副泥鳅产业发展,规范人工繁殖和苗种批量生产提供依据。

Abstract:Based on the practical and artificial propagation of reproduction of Paramisgurnus dabryanus,a rapid batch production technique was summed up,throughout the entire process from material preparation,accelerating ripening,accelerating spawning,hatching to seedling emergence periods.According to results of biological investigation of oosperm and experimental test with different female and male ratio,a number of key techniques were presented,such as that of single-sex maturation induction of separated female and male,concentrated injection with mixed oxytocin,synchronized spawning inducement,rapidly separating the eggs and parents,determining the nursery time by the symbolic morphological characteristics of fry and so on.The experimental results also showed that:there were the highest seedling emergence and hatching rate under the female and male rate of 1∶ 0.85,as 70.31% of oosperm hatched and 1 527 thousands seedlings obtained.The study would promote the industry development and provide the artificial reproduction and batch production of P.dabryanus with scientific techniques.
