檫树营养器官解剖构造与其生物学特性相关性的探讨

摘    要:通过大量的檫树营养器官显微组织切片和部分电镜扫描观察,对老根、1至5年生枝、22年生老树干、周皮和树皮、木材三切面和叶片的解剖构造以及叶气孔数目等进行了详细的研究和描述,并在此基础上总结出檫树根、茎、叶解剖结构上的特征与其“喜光怕旱”的生物学特性互相适应,密切相关。同时也从解剖学角度对人工林中檫树茎干易受冰冻害和日灼伤害现象进行科学分析。

Abstract:The anatomical structure of old root, 1-5 year shoot,22 years old trunk and leaf, the formation of periderm and bark, the wood structure in three dimensional sections, thejiumber of sterna on leaf epidermisfand so on were investigated in detail by a lot of tissue micro-sections of vegetative organs in Sassafras tsumu and partly by scanning electron microscopy. The results of this observation demonstrate that the characteristics of inner structure of root, stem, and leaf in S. tsumu are closely correlated withjand suited to its biological characteristics which are "like light, afraid of drought". At the same time, the scientific analysis of the phenomenon why the stems of S. tsumu are susceptible to freezing and sunscald injury in artificial forest has been made. The basic thoery stated injhis paper can provide reference for the improvement of silviculture techniques and the adoption of new managing methods.
