微生物肥料对油菜品质及产量的影响

摘    要:将含自生固氮菌、解磷菌和解钾菌的生物肥料加入土壤进行原位培养,发现这些微生物在土壤中能够存活,并且大量繁殖;自生固氮菌表现出一定的固氮效果,解磷菌能够增加土壤中有效磷的含量,具有一定的解磷能力,但解钾菌没有明显的解钾作用。

Abstract:The bacteria in microbiological fertilizer are incubated in situ together with straw addition for 90 days.It is found that the bacteria can live and multiply in soil.The N_2 fixer bacteria can fix N_2 from air and increase soil N capacity.The P-released bacteria show somewhat ability to activate inorganic P in soil and enhance available P content of soil.However,the K-released bacteria donot show significant role in increasing available K content.
