摘    要:研究了内生真菌对草坪型高羊茅褐斑病叶内防御酶活性的影响.结果表明:感染植株和未感染植株的β-1,3-葡聚糖酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性的变化趋势相同,且在整个测定期内感染植株的酶活性均较未感染植株高,经相关分析得出这些酶的活性与内生真菌提高高羊茅抗褐斑病能力显著或极显著相关.这表明内生真菌激发了β-1,3-葡聚糖酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶等防御酶活性,使植株对褐斑病原菌的侵染产生强烈而快速的反应,从而抑制了病原菌侵染.多酚氧化酶活性变化没有一定的规律性,且与植株的抗病性之间没有相关关系.

Abstract:Effect of endophytic fungi on defensive enzymes activity of tall fescue leaves after inoculating brown patch's pathogeny were studied.The results showed that: the changing tendency of β-1,3-glucanase and PAL activities was similar.And the enzymes activity in EI plant was always higher than that of EF.There was a positive correlation between β-1,3-glucanase,PAL activities and resistance to brown patch,which indicated that defensive enzymes were actived by endophytic fungi,and then the tall fescue reacted strongly and rapidly to the infection of brown patch's pathogeny.But the change of PPO activity has no regulation,and its activity had no correlation to disease resistance.
