摘    要:归纳总结了人参主要的功能活性,并对其保健食品的开发现状进行了综述,主要包括保健食品种类、技术应用、安全性评价以及市场前景,以期为其保健食品的开发提供指导.

Abstract:The main functional activities of ginseng were summarized by reviewing the development status of its health food, including the types, technical applications, safety evaluation and market prospects, in order to provide guidance for the development of health food.
