| 摘 要： | 研究了6种激素对杜氏盐藻生长的影响,结果表明:IBA、2,4-D、NAA、IAA、6-BA、GA分别在0.5、1.0、5.0、0.5、1.0、0.5μg/ml浓度能明显促进杜氏盐藻的生长。挑选影响效果较明显的4种激素IBA、2,4-D、6-BA、GA做正交试验,结果表明:以盐藻的β-胡萝卜素含量为指标,最优组合为2,4-D0.5μg/ml,IBA1.0μg/ml,6-BA1.0μg/ml和GA0.1μg/ml;以盐藻的生物量大小为指标,最优组合为2,4-D0.5μg/ml,IBA1.0μg/ml,GA0.05μg/ml和6-BA2.0μg/ml。

| Abstract: | The effects of six kinds of hormones on the growth of Dunaliella salina were studied.The result showed that IBA,2,4-D,NAA,IAA,6-BA and GA could obviously promote the growth of D.salina in 0.5,1.0,5.0,0.5,1.0,0.5 μg/ml,respectively.By comparing the effect of six kinds of hormones on growth of D.salina,IBA,2,4-D,6-BA and GA,which had obvious influence were selected for further orthogonal tests.The results showed that the content of β-carrotene of D.salina could reach the highest point when 2,4-D,IBA,6-BA and GA were used at 0.5,1.0,1.0,0.1μg/ml,respectively.The optimal combination was 2,4-D 0.5 μg/ml,IBA 1.0 μg/ml,6-BA 1.0 μg/ml and GA 0.1 μg/ml.However,when the content of growth production of D.salina reached the highest point,the optimal combination was 2,4-D 0.5 μg/ml,IBA 1.0 μg/ml,GA 0.05 μg/ml and 6-BA 2.0 μg/ml. |
