苹果砧木品种试管苗叶片再生体系的建立

摘    要:对罗6和珠美海棠离体叶片再生条件进行研究,结果表明罗6在BA6.0mg/L NAA0.2mg/L时再生频率达到85%;珠美海棠在BA3.0mg/L NAA0.3mg/L时达到90%。两者的黑暗处理均以2周为宜,叶片正放在培养基上的再生效果优于反放,最终建立了比较良好的再生体系。

Abstract:The materials of this experiment are stocks of apple tree to establish the perfect regeneration system. In each best conditions, the frequency of two species' leaves all get 100% and produce many buds. According to study the inside and outside factors that affect the regeneration of leaves in vitro, if was found the best combination that can produces the best regeneration. it is necessary to put the bottles in dark for some time after the leaves were cultured.
