| 摘 要： | 何家堡子隧洞出口埋置于第四系松散堆积物角砾层中,围岩自稳性差,且隧洞施工断面狭小,采用常规全断面边开挖边砌护的方式无法正常掘进,施工安全无法保证,必须采用特殊方法对不良地质进行处理,加固围岩,为隧洞掘进和砌护施工提供安全保障.针对这一问题,结合国内一些先进的处理方法和现场实际情况提出了帷幕灌浆处理措施,并详细论述了其施工工艺,为保障施工安全、加快施工进度提供了一套较好的解决方案,并为类似工程的设计及施工提供了一定的参考依据.

| Abstract: | Hejiapuzi tunnel exit is buried in the breccia level of the fourth loose stack objects,with the poor stability of the wall rock and the narrow and small cross section of the tunnel construction cross section.It is not probable to tunnel normally with the conventional method to do the entire cross section excavation while to build protection,so as to be unable to guarantee the construction safely.Therefore,the special method must be applied to process the unfavorable geology to reinforce the wall rock in order to provide the safety for the tunneling and protection constructing.In view of this question,this study proposed the curtain grouting processing measure combining the some advanced processing methods and the actual sites of our country,and elaborated its construction craft in detail.In order to safeguard the construction security and speed up the construction progress it also provides a set of good solution and has provided certain reference for the similar project design and the construction. |
