发菜的人工培养研究

摘    要:对发菜细胞进行连续培养,并比较不同培养条件和培养方式下发菜生长存活状况,结果表明:(1)pH值变化对发菜细胞的生长存活具有重要作用;(2)发菜细胞在无氮培养基上也能正常生长;(3)在适宜条件下,发菜能够耐受高水分的环境;(4)游离的发菜细胞比包裹在胶鞘中的发菜细胞具有更好的生长分裂能力。

Abstract:The continuous culture of Nostoc flagelliforme cells was carried out under different cultural conditions and cultural ways.The results showed that pH value change had a very important effect on the growth and survival of N.flagelliforme.N.flagelliforme cells could grow normally on nitrogen-free medium.N.flagelliforme could be tolerant to high-moisture environment under a proper cultural condition,and free cells could grow and divide faster than cells enveloped in the gelatinous sheath.
