| 摘 要： | 提取发病植株叶片及茎髓组织DNA,用玉米丝黑穗病菌特异引物进行PCR检测,验证叶片DNA对玉米丝黑穗病研究的可靠性。结果发现,提取叶片DNA研究玉米丝黑穗病的可靠性远低于茎髓组织DNA。 |

| Abstract: | Extracting DNA of disease plant' s leaf and stem pith and detecting by using distinctive primer to PCR,to study the reliability of corn head smut of leaf DNA,it was found that the reliability on study of corn head smut of leaf DNA is far lower than DNA of stem pith. |
