| 摘 要： | 针对当前桉树人工林短轮伐期经营中潜在的地力衰退、生态稳定性不强等方面的问题，从整地、除草及施肥肥种角度探讨不同营造林措施对桉树人工林可持续经营的影响，研究结果表明：（1）不同整地方式桉树林生长量差别不大，但穴垦有利于地力维持；（2）不同除草方式桉树林生长差异不明显，而穴状除草能促进林下植被繁育和生长；（3）选用钙镁磷肥结合尿素穴施，能较大程度增加桉树生长量和林分生物量，提高林分生产力。
