蔬菜业的现状与发展对策

介绍了我国蔬菜业的发展现状 ,指出蔬菜业存在着“三多三少”问题 ;分析了蔬菜业的发展趋势 ,结合安徽省自然、经济、技术条件 ,提出应着力推进蔬菜生产标准化、技术高新化、布局区域化和生产流通一体化进程 ,同时重点发展“三特一出一放”蔬菜 (即特季菜、特色菜、特种菜、出口菜和放心菜 )。

Situation and Development Countermeasure of Vegetable Industry

The situation and development trends of vegetable industry in our country were introduced in this paper. In view of nature, economy and technique conditions in Anhui province,author considered that vegetable production should focus on the vegetables grown in special season, with special characteristic and type, for exportation and reassurance vegetables in the future.
