饲粮营养限制对早期断奶湖羊羔羊生长性能以及内脏器官发育的影响

摘    要:本文旨在研究饲粮营养限制对早期断奶湖羊羔羊生长性能以及内脏器官发育的影响。选取64只17日龄湖羊羔羊随机分为4组,分别为对照(CON)组、20%蛋白质限制(PR)组、20%能量限制(ER)组、20%蛋白质和能量同时限制(BR)组,每组4个重复,每重复4只羔羊,公母各占1/2。预试期4 d,正试期40 d。记录羔羊开食料和代乳品的采食量,于40和60日龄时每重复屠宰1只羔羊,测定羔羊内脏器官重量。结果表明:1)PR组、BR组21~40日龄,PR组、ER组和BR组41~60日龄的平均日增重显著低于CON组(P0.05);试验组21~40日龄,PR组和BR组41~60日龄料重比显著高于CON组(P0.05)。2)40日龄时PR组、ER组和BR组的羔羊肝脏重及其占宰前活重比例、瘤胃重及其占复胃重比例均显著低于CON组(P0.05);60日龄时ER组和BR组肝脏重及其占宰前活重比例、瘤胃重及其占复胃重比例均显著低于PR组与CON组(P0.05)。综合得出,蛋白质限制抑制21~60日龄断奶羔羊生长性能的发挥,抑制断奶早期(21~40日龄)内脏器官的发育,能量限制抑制断奶羔羊内脏器官发育,尤其是肝脏和瘤胃的发育。

Effects of Nutritional Restriction on Growth Performance and Visceral Organ Development of Early-Weaned Hu Lambs
Abstract:The aim of this study was to assess the effects of dietary nutritional restriction on growth perform-ance and visceral organ development of early-weaned Hu lambs.Sixty-four 17-day-old Hu lambs were random-ly divided into four groups, including control ( CON) group, 20%of protein restriction ( PR) group, 20%of energy restriction ( ER) group, 20%of energy and protein restrictions ( BR) group.Each group had four rep-licates with four lambs per replicate ( half male and half female) .The pretest lasted for 4 days, and the trial lasted for 40 days.The intakes of milk replacer and starter were recorded, and all the lambs were weighed at 20, 40 and 60 days of age, respectively, then one lamb per replicate was slaughtered at 40 and 60 days of age for weighing visceral organs.The results showed as follows:1) average daily gain ( ADG) of lambs at 21 to 40 days of age in PR and BR groups and at 41 to 60 days of age in PR, ER and BR groups was significantly lower than that in CON group ( P<0.05); feed to gain ratio of lambs at 21 to 40 days of age in experimental groups and at 41 to 60 days of age in PR and BR groups was significantly higher than that in CON group ( P<0.05) .2) Liver weight and its percentage of live weight before slaughter, rumen weight and its percentage of complex stomachs were significantly decreased in PR, ER and BR groups compared with those in CON group at 40 days of age( P<0.05) , and were significantly decreased in ER and BR groups compared with those in PR and CON groups at 60 days of age ( P<0.05) .In conclusion, protein restriction can reduce growth perform-ance ( 21 to 60 days of age) and development of visceral organs ( 21 to 40 days of age) , and energy restriction can reduce development of visceral organs, especially liver and rumen, of early-weaned lambs.
