Study on the Optimal Levels of Metabolic Energy,Crude Protein,Methionine and Lysine in Diets of Arbor Acres×Roman Hybrid Broilers Aged from 1 to 21 Days
Abstract:The optimal levels of metabolic energy ( ME) , crude protein ( CP) , methionine ( Met) and lysine ( Lys) of Arbor Acres( AA) ×Roman hybrid broilers aged from 1 to 21 days were studied in this experiment. The L9(34)orthogonal experiment design was used, ME levels were 11.70, 12.12 and 12.54 MJ/kg, respec-tively, CP levels were 19.00%, 20.00%and 21.00%, respectively, Met levels were 0.45%, 0.50%and 0.55%, respectively, Lys levels were 1.0%, 1.1%and 1.20%, respectively. The broilers were randomly as-signed into 9 groups with 6 replicates per group and 16 broilers per replicate. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The feeding effects of diets with different nutrient levels were determined by feeding experiment, com-parative slaughter experiment and other methods. The results showed as follows:1) the levels of CP, Met and Lys in diets had significant effect on the average daily gain ( P<0.05) , which in 21.00%CP level group was significantly higher than that in 20.00%CP level group ( P<0.05) , in 0.50%Met level group was significantly higher than that in 0.55%Met level group ( P<0.05) , and in 1.20%Lys level group was significantly higher than that in 1.10%Lys level group ( P<0.05) .2) The ME level in diets had significant effect on the content of body total energy of 21-day-old broilers (P<0.05), which in 12.12 MJ/kg ME level group was significantly higher than that in 12.54 MJ/kg ME level group ( P<0.05) .The Met level in diets had significant effect on the content of body ether extract ( P<0.05) , which in 0.50%and 0.55%Met level groups was significantly higher than that in 0.45%Met level group ( P<0.05) .3) The levels of ME and CP in diets had significant effect on the body energy deposition rate of 21-day-old broilers, which in 11.70 and 12.12 MJ/kg ME level group was significantly higher than that in 12.54 MJ/kg ME level group ( P<0.05) , and in 21.00%CP level group was significantly higher than that in 20.00%and 19.00%CP level group ( P<0.05) .The body Lys deposition rate of 21-day-old broilers in 1.10%Lys level group was significantly higher than that in 1.20%Lys level group ( P<0.05) .4) The Lys level in diets had significant effects on the levels of glucose, uric acid and urea nitro-gen in serum of 21-day-old broilers ( P<0.05) , the glucose level in serum in 1.00%Lys level group was the highest, which was significantly higher than that in 1.20%Lys level group ( P<0.05) , the uric acid level in serum in 1.10%Lys level group was the highest, which was significantly higher than that in 1.20%Lys level group( P<0.05) , and the urea nitrogen level in 1.20%Lys level group was the highest, which was significant-ly higher than that in 1.10%Lys level group( P<0.05) .5) The regression analysis showed that the optimal level formulas of ME, CP, Met and Lys were ME=45.33W0.75+183.84△W, CP=19.77W0.75+626.47△W, Met=1.44W0.75+10.31△W, Lys=3.01W0.75+21.28△W ( ME was metabolic energy, W0.75 was metabolic weight, △W was average daily gain, CP was crude protein ,Met was methionine and Lys was lysine), re-spectively.According to the above formulas, the calculated optimal levels of ME, CP, Met and Lys of AA × Roman hybrid broilers aged from 1 to 21 days are 11.90 MJ/kg, 21.08%, 0.51%and 1.05%, respectively.
