摘    要:[目的]为了摸清黑龙江省东南部山区枸杞资源情况,选育出适宜该地区栽培利用的枸杞新品系,建立高寒地区枸杞无性繁育技术。[方法]对黑龙江省东南部山区的枸杞资源进行了调查,主要对物候、果实性状、生长等指标进行了研究;在调查研究的基础上进行资源收集,根据果实特征初步选择出优质无性系,并对其进行扦插试验。[结果]在调查研究的基础上收集20株初选优树,根据果实特征初步选择出优质无性系3个;对优选无性系的扦插试验结果表明,用0.05%IBA、0.05%ABT处理,对枸杞扦插发芽率影响显著,能显著提高枸杞发芽率。[结论]该研究为枸杞资源的下一步研究提供依据。

Collection and Selection of Lycium barbarum L.Resources in Alpine Region
Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to find out the resources of Lycium barbarum in the southeastern mountainous area of Heilongjiang Province,a new Lycium barbarum variety suitable for cultivation and utilization in this area was bred and asexual breeding of Lycium barbarum in the alpine region was established.[Method]The resources of Lycium barbarum in southeastern Heilongjiang Province were investigated,and the indexes such as phenology,fruit traits and growth were mainly studied.The resources were collected on the basis of investigation and research,the high quality clones were preliminarily selected according to the characteristics of the fruit,and their cutting experiments were carried out.[Result]Based on the investigation and research,20 primary trees were collected,and 3 high quality clones were initially selected according to the characteristics of the fruit.The results of cutting experiments on the optimal clones showed that the treatment with 0.05% IBA and 0.05% ABT had significant effects on the germination rate of Lycium barbarum cuttings and could significantly increase the germination rate of Lycium barbarum.[Conclusion]This study provides the basis for further study of Lycium barbarum resources.
