摘    要:[目的]筛选能高效降解多菌灵的菌株。[方法]对土壤中能高效降解多菌灵菌株D-A-2进行分离筛选及鉴定。[结果]采用管碟法从土壤中初筛得到24株具有活性的菌株,光谱法复筛得到6株降解能力较强的菌株,并对D-A-2菌株进行形态鉴定、生理生化特性鉴定和16S r DNA全序列分析。[结论]D-A-2菌株降解能力最强,初步鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌。

Screening and Identification of Efficient Carbendazim-degrading Bacillus Strain D-A-2
Abstract:[Objective]To screen the bacterial strains that can effectively degrade carbendazim.[Method]Carbendazim-degrading bacillus strain D-A-2 in the soil was isolated and identified.[Result] 24 strains with activity were obtained from the soil by cylinder-plate method from the soil, 6 strains with strong degrading ability were obtained by spectroscopic method .Morphological identification,physiological and biochemical characterization and sequence analysis of 16S rDNA analysis were carried out for strain D-A-2.[Conclusion]D-A-2 strain had the strongest degradation ability,which was initially characterized as Bacillus subtilis.
