聚合硫酸铝铁(PAFS)的制备与应用研究

摘    要:采用三因素三水平L 9(34)的试验,制备无机高分子絮凝剂聚合硫酸铝铁(PAFS)。通过混凝试验,比较聚合硫酸铝铁(PAFS)对水性油墨废水脱色和高岭土悬浊液的澄清效果、COD去除的情况。从而确定了制备聚合硫酸铝铁的最适条件。试验结果表明PAFS对废水的色度和COD均有一定的去除率,对高岭土悬浊液也有良好的效果。

Abstract:Orthogonal experiment of three elements and three levels was utilized to prepare abio macromolecule flocculant polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate,its flocculating effects were compared between color removal of watercraft printing ink wastewater,COD removal and kaolin suspending removal by coagulating test.By this,we can ascertain best technic of preparing polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate.
