摘    要:为提高木材染色计算机智能配色的准确性和实用性,选择水曲柳单板为染色材,基于Friele模型为基础,对模型参数进行循环赋值计算出最优参数值和预测配方,利用粒子群优化Friele模型预测其拟合配方与拟合反射率,并根据基于人眼的CIEDE2000色差评价标准公式计算色差,比较2种方法的预测配方和光谱反射率得出,当模型参数固定时,平均拟合色差为0.820 2,优化模型后,平均拟合色差为0.728 7。基于粒子群优化Friele模型进行参数循环赋值相比较固定模型参数对木材配色效果有显著提高。

Abstract:To improve the accuracy and practicability of the wood dyeing computer intelligent color application,Fraxinus mandshurica veneer was selected as stained subject.Based on the Friele model,the model parameters were cyclically assigned to calculate the optimal parameter value and prediction formula.The particle swarm optimization Friele model was used to predict its fitting formula and fitting reflectance.According to the human eye based CIEDE2000 color difference evaluation standard formula,the color difference was calculated,and the prediction formula and spectral reflectance of the two methods were compared.When the model parameters were fixed,the average fitted color difference was 0.820 2.After optimizing the model,the average fitted color difference was 0.728 7.Compared with fixed model parameters,the circular parameter assignment of the Friele model based on particle swarm optimization significantly improved the effect of wood color matching.
