| 摘 要： | 当前，我国大力提倡重视生态环境建设，开展植树造林工作，目的就是改善生态环境，但受到技术、规划等方面制约，影响营林生产的工作进度。在这种背景下，本文研究营林生产过程中，造林规划设计与造林技术的应用与分析，为营林生产提供理论支持。
