摘 要: | 该试验通过单因素试验和正交试验,探讨不同碳源、氮源对滑子菇新品种液体培养基菌丝生
物量的影响。结果得出滑子菇新品种的最佳液体培养基是玉米粉3.0%、葡萄糖2.5%、麸皮3.5%、黄豆
粉2.7%。
