| 摘 要： | 台湾泥鳅在饮食需求上加大，也进一步推动该品种养殖的发展。本文主张应用深红酵母的
生物习性，分解这些有害物质，为泥鳅促进吸收、抑制病原菌、调节肠胃、提升免疫、降解水体，保证泥
鳅养殖的高质量和效率。
