| 摘 要： | 中等职业学校学生技能的生成方法需要遵循一定的规律，我校现代农艺技术专业的师生经
过多年探索，总结出了备、组、讲、范、训、评、理、固“技能生成8 字教学法”。通过专业全体师生的尝
试、实践，对专业技能课教学具有很好的指导意义，8 字教学法是行之有效的。

| Abstract: | The generation method of students' skills in secondary vocational schools needs to follow certain
rules. After years of exploration, the teachers and students of modern agronomic technology major in our
school have summed up the "8-character teaching method of skill generation ". Through the attempt and
practice of all the teachers and students of the major, it has a good guiding significance for the teaching of
professional courses, and the 8-character teaching method is effective. |
