| 摘 要： | 为阐明大黄牡丹汤的药效作用物质基础,运用色谱学方法对传统兽用大黄牡丹汤方剂全方进行系统分离,并根据理化性质及波谱数据对所分离的化合物进行结构鉴定。从中分离得到5个化合物,分别为ω-羟基大黄素(1)、β-谷甾醇-3 O-β-D-(6′-十七碳酰基)葡萄糖苷(2)、芦荟大黄素-3-(羟甲基)-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、牡丹酚(4)、芍药苷元(5)。5个化合物均为首次从本方中分离得到。 |

| Abstract: | To investigate the chemical constituents of Dahuang Mudan decoction ( DHMDT), Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography were employed for the isolation and purification. The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and chemical evidence. Five compounds were isolated and identified as follows: ω-hydroxyemodin (1), sitostery-3-O-β-D-glucoside-6'-O-palmitate(2), aloe-emodin-3-(oxymethyl)-O-β-D-glucoside (3), Paeonol(4), paeoniflorigenone (5) . All these compounds were isolated from Dahuang Mudan decoction(DHMDT) for the first time. |
