辣椒嫁接抗疫病效果研究

摘    要:以引自日本的辣椒专用砧木品种"肩车"为砧木,采用套管嫁接法对辣椒进行嫁接,测定嫁接苗对辣椒疫病的抗性。结果表明,选用的3个辣椒品种四平头、新椒3号和猪大肠的嫁接苗对疫病的抗病程度均显著优于自根苗,嫁接苗可以达到抗病或高抗的级别,而自根苗均为感病,说明辣椒砧木"肩车"对疫病具有较强的抗性,可以作为辣椒嫁接栽培的优良砧木在生产上加以利用。

Abstract:This study was carried out to take the Japanese special stock species katakuruma as the stock, using casing-graft method, the resistance pepper Pkytophthora capsici Leon of grafted plants were stud- ied. The results showed that Phytophthora capsici Leon resistance of the grafted plants which were select- ed from Sipingtou,Xinjiao 3 and Zhudachang as a scion had higher than that of the seedlings. The results proved that the stock katakuruma had strong resistance and can be used as a good pepper stock for production.
