摘    要:目的]研究碱法水解植物油脂的游离脂肪酸得率,为生物柴油的工业化生产提供科学数据。方法]以油菜籽油为试验材料,研究碱法制备脂肪酸过程中NaOH浓度、反应时间和工艺条件对油菜籽油脂水解的效果。结果]增加NaOH浓度和延长反应时间均可以提高水解率。最佳反应条件为两步法水解:先用23.5%NaOH水解3 h、然后用11.75%NaOH水解2 h。此条件下油菜籽油的水解率可达99.64%。结论]采用两步法碱法分解油菜籽油效果理想。
