摘    要:为了研究抽穗后渍水逆境对高粱根系及地上部生长发育的影响,在山西农业大学试验农场进行了人工模拟高粱渍水盆栽试验。结果表明:渍水使高粱上位次生根数量有所增加,但长时间(20~30d)渍水会导致高粱根重及根系活力明显降低。短期渍水对根系SOD及POD活性具有激活效应,但随着胁迫时间的延长,转而表现为抑制效应,SOD活性迅速下降,同时根系过氧化产物MDA含量成倍增长,根系衰老加速。

Abstract:Effects of waterlogging of soil on sorghum root were studied on the Experimental Farm of Shanxi Agricultural University with pot culture utilizing waterlogging-simulation method at later growth stage. The results indicated that (1)waterlogging soil produced more secondary root of sorghum. However, under long-term (20~30 d) waterlogging stress, the weight and activity of sorghum root decreased significantly. (2)Waterlogging stress stimulated POD and SOD activity, but with the extent of stress, the activity of SOD turned to be restrained, and then, decreased sharply.At the same time, the content of MDA increased significantly. Thereafter, the sorghum root under waterlogging senesced much earlier than those under control.
