| 摘 要： | 调查和分析了上海都市农业发展中存在的问题,并根据可持续发展的思想,从推进农业和农村经济结构战略性调整,大力发展优质、高产、高效、生态、安全农业,提高农产品质量和竞争力,推进优势农产品产业化建设,促进农业产业化经营等方面,探讨了促进都市农业保护之对策和途径,提出了新形势下促进都市农业发展应采取的对策和建议.

| Abstract: | The problems of developing the urban agriculture in Shanghai were investigated and analyzed, and the countermeasures and approaches of promoting the protection of urban agriculture were discussed according to the ideas of sustainable development in terms of advancing the adjustment of agricultural and rural economic structures, energetically developing the agriculture with high quality, high yield, high efficiency, ecology and safety, improving the agricultural products quality and competitive ability and promoting the construction and management of superior farm products industries. The countermeasures and proposals that could be adopted in promoting the development of urban agriculture under a new situation were also put forward. |
