新疆紫草毛状根提取物的抗氧化活性研究

[目的]研究新疆紫草毛状根提取物的抗氧化活性.[方法]采用平行提取法提取紫草色素(LEP),测定了LEP对DPPH·体系、Fenton体系、亚油酸脂质过氧化体系和还原体系的抗氧化作用.[结果]新疆紫草毛状根四种不同溶剂提取物在DPPH·体系、Fenton体系、亚油酸脂质过氧化体系和还原体系中均具有较强的清除作用.新疆紫草毛状根粗多糖也具有抗氧化活性.[结论]新疆紫草毛状根提取物具有抗氧化作用,可作为原料进行开发利用.毛状根的抗氧化活性属国内首次报道.

Study on Antioxidant Activity of Arnebia euchroma (Royle) Johnst Hairy Roots

【Objective】Study on antioxidant activity of Arnebia euchroma(Royle) Johnst Hairy Roots extract.【Methods】The assays of DPPH·radical,reducing power,hydroxyl radical and lipid peroxidation of linoleic acid(LA)were chosen for antioxidantex experiments.【Results】The results showed that different solvent extracts of hairy roots have a strong effect on free radical scavenging.Meanwhile,crude polysaccharide of hairy roots also has antioxidant activity.【Conclusion】The different solvent extracts of antioxidant activity on Arnebia euchroma(Royle) Johnst hairy roots has good development value and it is first reported.
