摘    要:<正> 三明是我省新发展的主要柑桔基地之一。从1965年开始种植,至今有10,200亩。过去对柑桔贮藏保鲜方面不够重视,每年贮藏果实烂耗达30%以上。1979年三明市果品公司贮藏三千担温州蜜柑,烂耗达38%,亏损17,774元。由于保鲜技术不过关,严重影响市场供应,阻碍柑桔生产的进一步发展。所以开展柑桔贮藏保鲜技术的研究势在必行。柑桔采收期是贮藏的首要环节,也是影响贮藏成败的关键。采收期因地区、栽培环境、气候、土壤、施肥管理等条件而异。目前,我国对柑桔采收标准未作明文规定,而外国的采


A PRELIMINARY STUDY OF HARVESTING DATES IN RELATION TO STORAGE CAPABILITY OF CITRUS FRUITS
Abstract:The sweet orange fruits Citrus sinensis(L.) Osbeck and Satsuma fruits Citrus unshiu Marc. were picked at various dates and stored under the room temperature for five months is order to compare the storage capability and the physiological changes in fruits. The respiration rates, ethanol content, flavorwise, and changes of the chemical composition in each of three samples picking at various dates had been analysed respectively at picking time and monthly during storage. The testing results showed that the criteria for the best picking time and the best storage capability of sweet orange fruits in Sanming should be: total soluble solids, higher than 12%; the titratable acid, around 1.5%, with a ratio of TSS/TA, 8:1; the development of peel color over 70%. If the fruits were picked for storage, they should be picked in the mid November, while for diet at the end of November. As for Satsuma fruits they are: total soluble solids, about 10—11%; the titratable acid, around 0.8%, with a ratio of TSS/TA about 12—13: 1; the development of peel color, over 70%.
