| Abstract: | Chemical examination and analysis were mace on the content of moisture,iwhne, gluey,mannitol and viscosity conjoining in the kelp from seven producing spots along the coast of Shandong Province. Summed up the results of 3 years' chemical examination, 5 index of quality of kelp from different producing area were arranged in order. |
