光照强度对泰山黄精生长特性及产量的影响

泰山黄精喜湿爽耐荫凉，避强光怕干燥，该研究的主要目的是评价光照强度对黄精生长及产量的影响。以苹果林套种黄精新增产量和新根茎多糖含量最高分别达19.4%、21.8%，40%透光率遮阳网遮阳处理黄精新增产量和新根茎多糖含量最低，只有13.4%和11.0%。遮阳网下黄精的平均蒸腾速率是露天栽培81.4%，说明泰山黄精不适合露天生长。不同叶位的净光合速率，当大于20片叶时下降较迅速，生产上可剪去顶芽，促进地下部分生长。遮光栽培可有效减轻黄精斑叶的发生，以40%透光栽培黄精斑叶最轻，防效达68.4%。遮阳网覆盖栽培使黄精产量明显提高，以40%透光处理增产效果最好，增产27.71%，与CK处理和25%遮光处理间产量差异均达极显著水平。
