水润滑塑料合金轴承的弹性变形及其影响

摘    要:从分析水润滑塑料合金轴承不在动压条件下的弹性变形入手,推导出支承间隙方程式,并通过傅立叶级数对压强函数进行展开,分析了弹性变形和压强的关系。最终得出动压条件下压强分布函数和弹性变形函数,并以此对实际工况的一些现象进行了解释。

Abstract:A traditional transmission system always uses metallic bearings and lubricates by oil. In such a way, many problems may appear, such as unbalanced load, certain friction, wear and tear, vibration noise, wattless consumption and pollution. Water lubricated plastic alloy bearings can solve the problems. However, under a high load, it's difficult to form hydrodynamic lubrication because of a low viscosity of water. So an elastic deformation of water lubricated plastic alloy bearings was analyzed on dynamic pressure, the supported clearance equation was derived and pressure function was expanded by Fourier series. An elastic deformation was deduced by the pressure function. At last a pressure distribution function and an elastic deformation function on dynamic pressure were developed. The functions predict that the bearing power increases because of the elastic deformation. Effect of the elastic deformation becomes evident with higher eccentricity and all the phenomena during working can be explained by the analysis.
