摘    要:针对传统母猪限位栏圈养查情工作量大、效率低的关键生产问题,对母猪尿液中雌二醇(E2)和促黄体生成素(LH)2种激素进行测定,研究利用激素质量浓度和水平变化规律辅助检测断奶后母猪发情行为的可行性,并为开发试纸快速检测提供参考阈值.结果表明:1)尿液中雌二醇、促黄体生成素的质量浓度和水平在发情周期内呈规律性变化,在人工常规...

Abstract:Focusing on the issue that the sow estrus detection under restriction-feeding system was heavy workload and low efficiency, the concentrations of estradiol and luteinizing hormone in urine were measured to evaluate the estrus of sows after weaning. Meanwhile, rapid test paper for estrus aided detection was developed to provide reference threshold. The results showed that: 1)The concentrations of estradiol and luteinizing hormone in urine changed regularly during the estrus cycle, and their peak concentrations were obtained at 494. 87 pg/mL and 22. 52 miu/mL by manual routine examination; 2)Based on the peak concentration of luteinizing hormone, the accuracy of estrus evaluation was 87. 50%. This research demonstrated that the rapid detection and screening of estrus for weaned sows could be realized based on urine hormones with potential application.
