| Abstract: | Forest resources management and protection is an important break-through in forest resources management and forest management system reforms for state-owned forest regions. Countemeasures for carrying out the forest resources management and protection are as follows: rational division and investigation are tile bases. stereo-exploitation and compound-management are the objectives transforming management system is the guarantee. and enhancing innovation-making in science and technology is an effective mean. Meanwhile. concrete contents and measures are analyzed and expounded. |
