根瘤菌与AM真菌双接种对大豆植株生长的影响

摘    要:在盆栽条件下测定了根瘤菌(大豆根瘤菌和紫云英根瘤菌)和AM真菌(G.etunicatum和G.constrictum)双接种对大豆植株生物量的影响。与对照(①不接菌对照;②单接根瘤菌对照;③单接AM真菌对照)相比,根瘤菌与AM真菌双接种显著促进大豆植株的生长和生物量的提高;同时,接种AM真菌可增加根瘤菌的结瘤数;接种根瘤菌也可提高AM真菌的根段侵染率。

Abstract:In the pot culture, effects of rhizobia and AM fungi on the biomass of soybean were tested. Compared with the controls ((1)"0" (2)rhizobia (3)AM fungi ), double inculation of rhizobia and AM fungi promoted significantly the growth of soybean and increased the biomass of soybean (in the 9th week, the biomass of soybean was 92.1g, and the biomass of the controls were 57.2-76.0g) . Besides, AM fungi increased significantly the number of nodules;and rhizobia also increased the hyphal infected rates of AM fungi.
