蚯蚓及其在环境保护上的应用 II.蚯蚓生态毒理学

土壤生物可以作为化学物质对土壤环境危害的有价值的指示生物。蚯蚓被认为是用于进行化学物质生态毒理学试验合适的陆生生物。在最近20 多年里,随着化学物质在农业生态系统中的广泛使用,蚯蚓生态毒理学研究得到了较大的发展。提出和建立了许多针对于国家或国际化学品登记的蚯蚓生态毒理学测试方法。本文简要介绍关于化学物质对蚯蚓的毒性的评价的生态毒理学试验。

EARTHWORMS AND THEIR APPLICATION IN ENVIRONMENT PROTECTIONII.Ecotoxicology of earthworms

Soil organisms can provide valuable indicators for the risks of chemicals in soil environment.In the search for terrestrial organisms suitable to use in ecotoxicological testing of chemical substances,earthworms are an obvious choice.For about 20 years,the ecotoxicology of earthworms has been considerably developed with the extensive use of chemicals in the agri-ecosystem and different methods of ecotoxicological test by using earthworms both in the laboratory and in fields have been set up to meet the need of national or international legislation of chemicals.A general review of ecotoxicological test for assessment of toxicity of chemicals to earthworms is presented in this paper.
