九孔鲍耗氧率和窒息点的初步研究

摘    要:九孔鲍的耗氧率随温度的升高而增大,随自身体重的增加而下降,并且存在明显的昼夜变化,夜间高于白天。九孔鲍的耐低氧能力很强,体重大于3.0g的个体都能在水体出现零溶氧状态下忍耐一段时间,体重小于2.5g的个体,其窒息点大于0。

Abstract:Oxygen consumption rate of Haliotis diversicolor supertexa increased with the temperature rising, and decreased with the body weight gain. There was an obvious variations during day and night in oxygen consumption rate, which was higher in day than at night. The abalone showed a strong ability in bearing low xoygen circumstance. The abalone which weigh more than 0.3 g could endured hours in the zero oxygen circumstance, and the asphyxiant point for the abalone weigh less than 2.5 g was above zero.
